Building a Presence for Science  (BaP)

BaP is an electronic communication and professional development program initiated by NSTA with funding from the Exxon/Mobil Foundation. Additional information about the initiative is available at NSTA’s web page (www.nsta.org/bap). STANYS is the coordinating organization for implementing BaP within New York State, in cooperation with the NYS Education Department (SED), the NYS Science Education Leadership Association (NYSSELA), the Science Council of New York City (SCONYC), and the six Science Mentor Networks (elementary, intermediate, Earth science, biology, chemistry, and physics)
